The winter season has ended and it's spring season now. The winter season delivered many great anime like My Hero Academia Season 6, Vinland Saga season 2, Bungou Stray Dogs Season 4, and many new anime too like Trigun Stampede, Malevolent Spirits: Mononogatari, The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten and many more enjoyable anime.
The spring season has many great anime in stores for us too, and personally I'm looking forward to most of them. In case you don't know, spring season runs from April to June. This list consists of only new anime, not sequels so that's why I won't be including Demon Slayer season 3 and such anime. Keep in mind that this list is not ranked.
6/6 Skip and Loafer
Iwakura Mitsumi graduated from a small middle-school in the countryside and entered a top-tier high school in Tokyo. The catch is, although she had a perfect life plan and also gets good grades, her social understanding is not quite right. She's having difficulty in interacting with her classmates, her easygoing nature sways her classmates little by little.
This anime starts out with a discord, but it becomes a happy school-life comedy before you know it.
6/5 A Galaxy Next Door
- Genre: Comedy, Romance, Seinen
- Release Date: 8 April
- Studio: Asahi Production
- Episodes: TBA
Ever since their father died, Ichirou Kuga has struggled to support his two younger siblings on nothing but a small inheritance and his passion for drawing manga. But it's becoming harder and harder for him. Just as he was nearing his breaking point, the beautiful girl, Shiori Goshiki applies to become his assistant. But, his life turns upside down when he finds out...
Nah, not gonna tell you this, see it for yourself. The plot sounds promising and that's the reason I had to remove another anime and put it in.
6/4 Heavenly Delusion
Heavenly Delusion is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi mystery anime about a group of children living in a nursery-like facility separated from the outside world (much like AoT), raised by robotic caretakers. The story is focused on the exploits of Maru and Kiruko, two children from the said facility, in search of "Heaven" which is a nursery much like their own. The thing about this facility is that a mysterious girl, resembling Maru, lived her entire life here.
The trailer looked promising to me that's why I included it in my list. Whether it's good or not, we'll know it soon.
6/3 The Dangers in My Heart
- Genre: Rom-Com, Slice of Life
- Release Date: 1 April
- Studio: Shin-Ei Animation
- Episodes: 12
This anime is considered a part of the Golden Trilogy of new gen Rom-Com Manga series. The other two are Kubo-san Won't Let Me Be Invisible and The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses.
6/2 Mashle: Magic and Muscles
Personally, I have been waiting for this one anime for quite some time now. The plot seemed promising to me and most of all, there is genuine humor (and MC looks like Saitama). The plot is somewhat similar to that of Black Clover; in a world of magic, there is a boy who does not have magic, so he works out and gains muscle. But, this young man, Mash Burnedhead, is chased by people and he somehow ends up enrolled in a Magic School. After this, he decides to become a 'Divine Visionary", the elite of the elite. Magic o Muscle, which is superior? Let's find out.
6/1 Hell's Paradise
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Historical, Shounen, Supernatural
- Release Date: 1 April
- Studio: MAPPA
- Episodes: TBA
Centered around a skilled ninja, Gabimaru, who got sent to a dangerous island full of monsters and mysteries, where he must fulfill his mission of finding the elixir of life and at the same time, survive.
Hell's Paradise is one of the Dark Trio, alongside JuJutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man. This anime is said to satisfy the fans after Chainsaw Man and some even call it the Anime of the Year. But, what it actually has in store, we will know after watching it.
